When the Melrose Company, one of Hilton Head's top community developers, came to Indiana to build the Sagamore Club, they turned to us to help develop their web presence. With homesites surrounding the Jack Nicklaus Design championship golf course starting around $80,000, the entire complex is aimed at a specific type of buyer. The challenge was to find a way to communicate the benefits of building at Sagamore and entice visitors to schedule a visit to the property; even though the actual site is still in the beginning stages. Working closely with their marketing and sales staff, we developed a unique design plan and copy strategy aimed at communicating the "Sagamore lifestyle" to their target market. Describing the property from homes to amenities, we've been careful to present the visitor with the most complete picture of the finished product as possible.

In addition, a development like this one -- including a course designed by Jack Nicklaus -- is big news in the area on an on-going basis. To accomodate frequent changes, additions, and updates to the site we built an adminstration area capable of allowing the marketing staff to make updates on their own timeline without our involvement. The result is a site that always contains timely information at minimum cost.

Sagamore is the vision of Indianapolis business leaders Tom Rush, Bob Whitacre and Mark Hesemann, along with the Melrose Company, Troon Golf and Landscapes Unlimited. The web site has been a collaboration with Sagamore and Rare Bird, and we're thrilled with it's progress so far.
